
Stawberry Salad with Serrano & Mozzerella Cheese
300 grms Strawberries hulled and sliced
Splash of good balsamic vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
Extra virgin olive oil.
Maldon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 large balls of buffalo mozzarella cheese
A few sprigs of fresh mint
Mixed salad leaves to serve
8 slices of Serrano ham
Drizzle the strawberries with a good splash of balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and a
tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. This will draw out and flavour
the strawberry juices. Set aside for 30 mins. On a platter arrange the sliced mozzarella
in a single layer. Toss the mint, strawberries and mixed leaves together and pile on to
the mozzarella. Drape the Serrano on top and top off with a few more green leaves.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and serve.
