Noelle also runs Cookery Demonstrations from time to time to suit groups and individuals who would like to join a group.  These classes suit people who are beginning to cook , and  those looking to improve cooking skills or  who want  to expand their repertoire of dishes.  The emphasis is on seasonality and ingredients that are available locally.  Some will come from Glenwood House gardens.  The demonstration is followed by supper where everyone can sample all of the dishes cooked.  It is a fun and informative evening for all.  Course of 4 weeks from 100 euro per person.  Gift Vouchers are available.
